I requested a pay2card payout they told me would be the best way.2/26 930 eastern they said the payout would garunteed in 5 to 7 business days.Called numerous times and they told I would for sure be paid by or on the 7th day by the end of business. 7th day by the end of business no payout so I called them.They gave me the run around said it would up to 3 more days.Friday was the 3rd day I called them Nathan and Jack told me there was no problem with the payout I would get it by the end of business.They said if you don't get it by 7pm eastern to call back and they would check for me.They said the payout department would be there til 8.No payout at 7 so I called they said there was nothing they could do the payout department was gone.I raised hell so they put a supervisor ms Lopez on the phone she told me she would get to the bottom of it and get me paid to call her back Saturday morning at 930.I called at 10am numerous times she wouldn't take any of my calls just told the clerks that I would be paid on the close of business Wednesday day.They did reimburse my 50 fee earlier in the week and gave me a 200 Bonus Play today but he'll they could deposit 1 million in my account for the trouble but if they don't pay all that really doesn't matter.The payout was for 1000.Is anybody else having this trouble.

This is Not 2005 anymore. It's not Easy to get Money to the player. We have all seen what has happened. The Loop holes that most have to jump through.
The Player must Jump, and even the Books has to jump.
Now I'm not making any excuses here for Any Shop. But we did just see what happened with 5Dimes. We have seen what happened with BetJam
a Solid Book that ran into problems and was shut down.
As they offer options to players to get paid, most of those options get blocked and then they need to find the next option.
Processors come and go. Be it the Gov. stops them, or the processor itself by going Rogue.
It's like a carousel that keeps going round and round and making your head spin.
As long as you stay with the Bigger name Books, you Will get Paid. It just might take a little longer.
That's why I say to All ... Don't keep Large / huge amounts in your accounts. Ask for a payout ...forget about If you need it. Just get some money out and think of it as a pay Check
example : you deposit $500 into an account.
After one week you now have $1000, ask for a $500 Payout, play with the $500 that's left. ( if it goes down ) you know it's easier to make another deposit.
If you account is $1200 after one week, still ask for $500, because now you have a little cushion. Win the next week.... ask for another Payout.
It will feel like you're getting a Paycheck from a job.

I don't get how anyone betting offshore is not using this method. More scared of bitcoin, than getting slow paid.
I thought that was nice of them to do.
I know nobody wants to hear the excuse, but it's what I thought. The Processor had a problem on their end.
The way it works is that the Book pays the Processor to then pay the Players. The Processor had some issues getting the money out to the players.
It is Said, the problem has been resolved, and you should get paid this week. Could be as early as Today ... but they think it will be done my Wednesday.
I personally wouldn't worry about Heritage and getting paid. They are one of the handful that I trust.
I was told by Heritage Sports that the processor said it was paid on 2/11 or 2/12.I told them is was not put in my account.I called my bank they said there are no pending transactions or attempts that didnt go through.Then they sent me a message saying it is my banks problem.They said it would take 72 hours for the processor to get back with them.72 hours for a phone call or email what a joke.They have not told the truth about anything.
