These guys are the best. Last night I placed an "if win" bet on the D'Rays to the Rams under 38, then went out for the evening. Both were winners but, when I got home there was no record of the bets in my account. I'm not sure if the problem was on my end or there's but, I called customer service fully expecting to get the "we have no record of that play...no bet" response.

Well, the CS rep checked with the tech people who confirmed that a wager was selected but they had no record of the acceptance. They credited my account for both wagers and told me to print out the tickets from now on(I know you're supposed to do this but I never do).

That is top notch service folks. Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone is considering playing there.

Good luck.

The only thing I don't like is that they don't offer reduced juice. They did give me a decent bonus and you can't beat the customer service.

Thanks again Heritage

They may be a wonderfull book. I have never played there and no idea. But, this I can tell you. They don't keep the best of mail-out records. My name is on their database or whatever , listed two different ways, same street city and zip--only a tiny slight difference. Therefore I get two--that would be 2 of all therir mailouts. It gets very OLD. Once again, I have NEVER played there.

I was w/them LY and may use them as a secondary this yr. They DO have great CS, and free W/D, and very secure. The only downside is late posting of FB lines, sometime Mon. A.M. Don`t know why they can`t get them up Sun. nite!!
