Heritage used to be great.

Today they strive to be mediocre,... & succeed very nicely.

Heritage used to ship gifts to your home on Christmas. A Bonus Play on Christmas.

Then they moved to what Raven said,... the eight days of Christmas with the payoff being a big Bonus Play on Christmas.

Now if you talked to them,...Heritage would say we just gave away thousands and thousands on Christmas. But the simple fact is they are a shell of what they once were.

Their customer service is mediocre at best, and that is on a good day.

They no longer put the player first & its a numbers game,... where the customer is just a number.
