So what happens if you beat Heritage "a couple of dimes...."
According to Roger, the guy who runs that shit joint:
1- You will not fit their profile.
2- Heritage may charge you 5% if you try to close your account and transfer your balance to neteller!
Thats right boys! 5 percent not 2.5% or 3.8%!

Russ,
I wanted to pay you the respect of a quick reply. I'm not 1000% sure of the facts but I think I'm pretty close.
This guy does not fit our profile. He is on our Non Recreational limits (500/250 net - 1000/500 phone). He has us beat a couple of dimes and has cost us between a nickle and a dime for fees.
Now he sends in 2500 which cost us 3.8% and then wants to pull the money out. We told him there would be a fee. He then made 2 bets and now wants his money. There is still a fee. It is on our web site (and has been all year) that we may charge a fee for Neteller.
Our ruling stands Russ. I welcome this to be put on the forums. Then maybe we won't be bothered so much by guys like this.
NOW: If you tell me to pay his fees as a favor to you it's done. You have always been very fair to us. BUT know this isn't for him it is a courtesy to you.
