What the NFL needs to do is put an electronic chip inside of the football but on each end of it to know precisely where the football is supposed to be after a player is down.......of course more than just chips in a football have to be integrated.

HaHa, yeah......knowing the NFL, it will be 20 years but instant replay was installed in the 90's. I guess they gotta leave something for the refs to try & get right.
