Bulls get - Paul Pierce

Celts get - 3rd pick in draft, Tyson Chandler, and a salary (Pippen, Eddie Robinson).

Makes more sense now that ESPN is reporting that the Bulls will trade for #7 from Phoenix.

I've read the same thing about Pierce/Chandler.

But I just can't believe it. Ainge is gonna need 24/7 security if he pulls this trade.

Maybe Ainge realizes that Boston won't beat Detroit/Indy/Miami. With their current roster, they're destined to be a low-seed playoff team (at best) for the next 3-4 years. Maybe Ainge has decided to start from scratch?
