So late last year, LePage began enforcing new requirements stating that in order for non-disabled residents to receive SNAP benefits that they would be required to work at least twenty hours per week, volunteer or attend vocational training.
That’s a staggering 9,000-plus welfare leeches who lost their benefits simply due to an unwillingness to better themselves — proving that a staggering number of people receive welfare only because it provides for their needs without their actually having to work.
personally? If you republicans weren't so stupid you could figure out that those in poverty and those that on welfare hardly make it to the polls. But of course you guys are just not smart enough to figure that out.
Im glad they put welfare recipients to work. Get some of these single white women back out there.
Because vitterd, the "welfare people" we worry about are completely capable of contributing to society, their lives, others lives, or just to humanity in general. You defend them like they are all patron saints, yet attack hard working people who are out every day busting their ass to earn a better living form themselves, calling them "entitled, lucky, white privileged" or whatever it is you use that day.
These mother fuckers are bleeding our country dry. Whether or not I can afford my lifestyle is my choice..I work very hard for it. You excuse these derelicts as if they cannot better themselves... and blame the white man, capitalism...much like the race baitors your democratic party is littered with.

wrong. If all welfare recipients jumped into the river tomorrow your life wouldn't change. Your financial situation would not change and the country would not change. Your taxes wouldn't budge. You're irritated and angry over something that has zero impact on your life. The kind of person that agrees with you is a 70 year old man who tells people he has me on ignore. Think about that
