I've just struck gold with this NETeller Insta Cash option. It wasn't much use to me before because of the 9% fee, but all of my casinos and at least WWTS and Cris let you deposit like that and pay the fee.

I've already racked up $300 plus in deposits.

Still looking for a way to get the money back into my checking account just as fast.

I could get the NETeller debit card, but the total amount of uncleared EFT's would be restricted from withdrawals. And I also need to get a new PPATM card. A third option would be nice. I think I could take care of that with direct ACH withdrawals from my casinos, but most books don't do payouts that way. I'd need something where the money is in there the next business day guaranteed.
