Help! WSEX.

I made a withdraw on June 5 and have still never received my check. This is the first time I did not use a courier fee because that did not take 4 to 7 business days, that took a month. So now I am still waiting for this check. Any ideas?

dont worry too much, because WSEX is having some payout delays at this time, however I personally beleive they will get these sorted out soon.

Please send me your account number via PM, and the amount of your withdrawal, and I will see if I can get some information for you.

3 months for a check other places can deliver in 2 business days is not legit.

I had the same problem last year you have to just keep calling and bothering them. You will get paid eventually. Did you try and ask them if you can transfer to another book? Goodluck.

what's up everyone, new to this site but an old school vet of offshore gaming, started with ESB back in the day. I've used WSEX for a few years now as one of my books and never had a problem getting paid, was slow a few times but always got paid. After reading some threads on here I'm getting a little concerned so I requested a book to book transfer to matchbook and was told "if you funded your account with crdit/debit card, western union or money gram, book to book tranfers are not allowed", after debating with them I then asked if I request a payout via express mail when should I expect to receive my check and was told , "I can't give you a time frame" so I asked then why have charge $50 for express payout if you cant't give a time frame only to be told that "if you go to the website, nowhere does it give a time frame" WTF! does anyone here have a clue as to what the F is going on there?? this is like ESB all over agin, thanks

i've sent 3 emails to them and keep getting the same response: processor delays, can't give an ETA.

i really think WSEX is a terrible book nowadays.

i always loved everything about this book up until this year. i'm sure the cs reps don't know 100% of what's taking so long, but they have to deal with angry customers every day.

i'm really hoping NFL season helps them turn it around...

Update: After months of calling, they have finally gave me a website (http://basinco.astrahr.com/) and a tracking number to track my check from June. The problem is, is that it says the check was "delivered to address today" 10/16 at 3:23 AM. I have never received the check and they are telling me to call my local post office. What the fuck?
