Help with Troy/Ohio official start time!!!!

I placed a bet on the game at 510 and the sports book took it, now that it lost I'm trying to get my money back as the game started 506 approx. they're saying it started at 511 which I know is incorrect because I watched Troy score the first td then placed the bet, lol. They're asking me for an "official link" stating the game start. I showed them links to both teams Twitter stating the 506 start time but they say Twitter isn't good enough. Can anyone think of anything else I could use? I know this question is so damn random but please let me know if you have anything. Thanks ya'll!
