HELP WITH MY ACCOUNT AT ROYAL (GAMBLERS AVENUE)

Okay, did what everyone told me to do.
Trying to get information on making a withdrawal on my account since my futures cashed.
Emailed and submitted Neteller withdrawal per their request. It was declined.
Called Customer Service and spoke to Steven. He said he does not understand why it did not go thru and that there were no notes in my account. He was not allowed the authority to put it through. No supervisor was in, but in the morning to email again and he will keep the pending email open for the supervisor. Did so and submitted to Natalie per Stevens request at approximately 7:30 A.M. this morning.
Just requested an explanation (rollover, mistake etc) and a response.
Still nothing. Now I have tried for over a day to get an answer. I have called (like everyone tells you to do). Customer service could not help. Emailed per their request and nothing.
Can someone get thru to them.
I am trying.

Any thoughts or connections to the powers that be. I can give my account # on a private PM if needed.

I spoke with Royal and they asked that you contact Richard Jones from Royal's Marketing Dept.

They promised to get this taken care of for you.

well swami, I want to take up for mgspooky a little bit here. It is hard to contact the mods at times. Hard to remember their email addresses. BOY do we ever need private messages on this site!!!

Other sites have them, but if we had them here, then we wouldnt see so many needless posts, well except for CHARLIE MAXWEELL's posts which are always needless

No reason to "take up for him" I just asked a question. Actually, the ONLY reason I asked was to find out if the mods were reachable and cooperative if you contact them via a backchannel before posting the issue.

I don't anticipate being stiffed or slow paid or having a real problem but I like to be prepared. (GA came real close..phew)

When I see these situations I try to think about what I would do and try to learn from the experiences of others.

I have no intention of ripping spooky or coming to Royal's defense that's why I asked if he "tried/considered" contacting a mod.

I agree that mods should be contacted first before somthing is brought public. Swami brings up good points in asking if this was done first to see if it works. Can the RX catch up to the other sites and get PM along with a chat room that works.
