Okay, did what everyone told me to do.
Trying to get information on making a withdrawal on my account since my futures cashed.
Emailed and submitted Neteller withdrawal per their request. It was declined.
Called Customer Service and spoke to Steven. He said he does not understand why it did not go thru and that there were no notes in my account. He was not allowed the authority to put it through. No supervisor was in, but in the morning to email again and he will keep the pending email open for the supervisor. Did so and submitted to Natalie per Stevens request at approximately 7:30 A.M. this morning.
Just requested an explanation (rollover, mistake etc) and a response.
Still nothing. Now I have tried for over a day to get an answer. I have called (like everyone tells you to do). Customer service could not help. Emailed per their request and nothing.
Can someone get thru to them.
