Help With Excel Chart

Is any in here really good with making excel charts with several columns of data? I need help getting a chart into a reasonable format and am having a rough time. I have a picture of a similar setup to chart - I just want to replicate it. Can anyone help?

I can send the old chart/data and the new data.

Your help would by extremely appreciated.
