i'd hope that in a court of law they'd obviously know this guy fucked with the contract and appraise the house to determine market value and force him to pay that. Not like you'd give him that big a discount without knowing him. Even if you nailed his daughter's vagina.

I am an idiot for even posting in this thread - assuming your story is true which I am 100% sure it isn't - all this guy has is a CONTRACT - whoopie fucking doo - he does not have a DEED - the contract means nothing - let's see him try to enforce this contract via a suit for specific performance - who would ever believe you would sell a 500k house for a dime? - and everything they've done is blackmail and a crime in and of itself - if they pulled this with me I'd find the daughter and fuck her a few more times for laughs - and I'm attorney that works in real estate - and I'm an idiot for even posting in this thread
