Im not retarded, i know who the good books are.. BUT

I am a canadian and I live in Canada. My CC is issued by a canadian bank.

I need a book (greek & skybook so far dont take canadians banks). Skybook has an option to use instadebit but to tell u the truth I havent had a 'real' job since i was 19 and I cant remember my last 4 digits of my SS #...

Any of you guys willing to help point me in the right direction please...

Moneybookers is retarded. APPARENTLY i tried them a year ago. They are asking for a code from a letter they sent me. If I cant find the letter, I cant use my address.

To start, you use the word retarded more then you should and secondly you should get your facts straight. Moneybookers is not an American company dip shit. Its based out of the UK. Lastly, Moneybookers is set up via email and does not send mail.
