I'll bet a big part of why is that Ostriches are too smart for that stuff, too Independent. Demand too much of the $$$$$.

Back in my youth, when I was doing Beer Runs like: Running out stores with multiple 12 packs of beer with Cork in the lid from Netherlands I should have been bringing an Ostrich along. I should have befriended OSTRICHES.
