I ask this knowing i'm not alone on this issue, could all of you who have a good grasp of an aggressive yet efficient way to manage your bankroll chime in! Thanks, all comments and questions are appreciated!

in the long run flat betting each game is the best thing to do, helps you from getting caught up in the moment or thinking this is the game of the yr, only to have it flop. Maybe allow yourself one bigger bet a week to kill off the urge of always going big.

What he said, with the exception of the one bigger bet a week. No need to do that, if you have an urge or a need, check yourself; gambling might not be for you.

Flat bet, you can raise the amount if bankroll is growing exponentially, lower it if not. Understand the basics of Risk of Ruin.

A safe method that I've used is take whatever your base roll is (let's say $1,000), and bet 5% of that roll ($50) per standard play. Maybe once a blue moon a play you love put 10% of the roll on. Stick with that and if after a month you find yourself up, adjust accordingly to the 5% rule of thumb..etc..

-Never chase
-Don't get loaded and tap out on one game.

I find it extremely helpful to move my winnings from my Sports account to my Casino account. Have, say, 90% of your bankroll in your Casino account (provided that you don't play the casino games) and 10% of your bankroll in the Sports account. Most Sportsbooks you open an account with will provide you with both a Sports and Casino account. That way you only see a small portion of your money in your sports screen. I have a bad habit of going all in so this method has helped.

Problem with that is most books carry the same bankroll.... example: if you have $1000 in your account say you can use that $1000 for sportsbetting or the casino.. that method wont work for someone who is an aggressive gambler... also, if they see it in their casino account odds are likely they will start playing poker or blackjack to make up for sports losses.... i see it happen all the time
