pressure, gettings lines accurrate, most likely answer questions from clerks,maybe talk to agents or customers----justdoesn't seem fair.

I would like to see minimum 2000/month
for 50 hour week--anything less is
management taking advantage.

Just my 2 cents from being in the business 7 years
before retirement

That sounds like a job that should pay 30/hr. How could a book ever go under when they take nickel bets from donkeys all day long and then pay peanuts to employees?

well they lose a lot of good customers by paying shit for shitty employees which forces them to cut expenses by hiring more shitty employees which causes them to lose good customers which forces them to cut expenses......ect ect.
