one thing I do when I'm at a Table, I make sure I blow the smoke Up in the air away from people at the table.
That's why when I play Craps, I'm down towards the end. or when I just want to relax and play some 3 card Poker, I'll take the ends, 1st or last spot.

I'm amazed by the people that blow smoke into other peoples faces at the tables.... even as a smoker I want to throw them over the table!

I'm the same way BAS I always blow the smoke toward the ceiling, and usually ask the people next to me if the mind me smoking. 99% of the time people don't mind, for the 1% that do, if they seem like nice people i'll stand up behind table and smoke. If they are the asshole light, I light that bitch up faster than Bob Marley did his spilffs.

I met the GM of a local vegas casino that's trying to attract more mainstream crowd. Put in place a happyhour where you could order any drink, beer, or shot you want for $2, top shelf whatever you want. Place was packed, tables filled. Said his place loses more than $3MM a month on food and drink, but more than makes it up on tables and slots now. Crazy business, gotta get asses in the seats.
