Don't know much about them specifically but any company that intentionally tries to rip off the identity of one of the most respected and longest running institutional military/academic traditions of the South probably deserves close scrutiny.

which good books accept Citadel? I know Cris does, but there's a limit of 500 per month

Sportsbetting dot com has Cotadel, as well as all starnet books. Mostly I use it strictly for casino payouts, but if I want to pop a penny deposit into Cris I sometimes use Citadel.
