Mods that act like players and develop little Napoleon complexes and are perceived as taking sides don't last. They make too many enemies (whether their views are justified or not), petitions are signed, sealed and delivered, and...that's all she wrote.

You're paid and entrusted with authority to be fair and levelheaded, not antagonize posters, no matter how offensive/wrong/racist/stupid you perceive their views to be.
