Anything in the playbook besides the 10 yard out????????????????? Same play as been called the whole 2nd half and all I have been hearing is how Chang is so awesome. They should give him a chance. UNLV is waiting on the out everytime. Probably one of the poorest football games I have seen from one team. UNLV is giving them chances also.

Im not impressed. Looks like Hawaii was the overrated team. They suck. Congrats to the UNLV bettors. Nice call. Think god some real football games will be on tomorrow.

Wow are you right about their playbook! The Hawaii coaches should be shamed of themselves if they collect a paycheck this week.

And another thing......mentioning Timmy Chang's name in the same sentence as the Heisman trophy should get the speaker (whomever it is) SLAPPED. Shit, the QB at LSU is better than Chang!

What about their ground attack? Did they ever run anything other than a draw? They've ran that little shuffle pass a lot too, untill they almost turned it over.

kris1 i agree tottaly. the playbook is probably posted on the internet somewhere with the way the UNLV D played. I wish I had seen the teams play their respective prior games. handicapping this game was easy as long as you knew hawaii throws every down doesnt have great recievers and only a so so qb who eclipses 300 yards becuase they throw short passes every play. the other thing you only needed to know is that unlv's corners are much faster than the hawaii recievers and this game would have been easy as pie. i wish i knew those 2 simple things handicapping this game would have been a cinch but i bought into the chang hype and the fact that hawaii is better to begin with non sense. unlv would beat them no matter what stadium they played in. its that simple.

Believe me, June Jones is the most overrated coach in Division 1...he is a moron when it comes to strategy or motivation. He is a decent recruiter based on his NFL rep but that is about it. Hawaii just gave him a long term contract at nearly a million a year, that is nearly a dollar a year for every man, woman and child in Hawaii.

give John Robinson and his staff some credit, they used the same D as USC did, having 8 guys cover 4 all night. It reminded me of the night Vinny threw 5 ints vs Penn State.

yea and the 4 first half fumbles 2 of them on special teams i think. after that the bows hardly ever fielded punts in fear of making a mistake. they allowed unlv to continually get pin cushions, leaving chang to try and throw 5 yards at a time to get 95 yards. (yeah right) then the one time they did get great field position they gain 4 yards and miss a fg. this is stuff that has to come back to coaching. absolutely lousy performance.

They lost because they turned the ball over & had some questionable calls & some stupid penalties.

They took what UNLV gave them & moved on them all night & just shot themselves in the foot.
