i hate this team with a passion if i take mic st who should win by 21 hawaii will then get up for game because then they can go to a garbage bowl. if i take hawaii not a chance in he** of me doing this then mic st wins by 21 as stated earlier. so I go to the total my favourite I go over 72 hawaii decides they will run this game and it ends up in the 50's. I go under and hawaii does not run a ball in the first half and both teams end up in the 40's or higher.

I am now done explaining that I cannot win this game. so you would say do not bet it. well that is quitters talk they owe me big time like 8000-10000 on their games alone.

so can people with some knowledge tell me what i should do note i will not take hawaii. any other play on the game or first half are welcome.

PLEASE HELP ME CHASE BACK MY HAWAII GAME LOSSES AND I DO NOT WANT ANY SARCASTIC COMMENTS JUST ADVICE OF WHAT PEOPLE LIKE HERE. I HAVE DONE VERY WELL OVER THE LAST 3-4 MONTHS BUT THIS TEAM HAS COST ME ABOUT 20-25% OF MY PROFITS. I HATE YOU TIMMY CHANG AND JUNE JONES.

as you have stated above...Hawaii games at home are strange...especially late in the year...my advice is to wait until next year to get some money back on Hawaii games...GL

HOPE THIS HELPS i read it an article yesterday, sorry i don't remember where.

Mich st has been practicing inside now for 2 weeks. With the heat cranked up to 80, with the humidty setting sky high, and loud music going to keep the players attention and focus.

do not let the northwestern game influence your selection. Northwestern is a very avg football team, and a below avg big ten team.

Mich st is the upper part of the big ten, down the stretch beside the penn st game they have dominated up front at times every team they have played the last few weeks this year. With stanton Qb, they are a better team than michigan, if michigan was only giving 6 points to hawaii, my god i would sell everything i own, and bet the house.

this is a gift, public perception has this as one of stupidist lines i have seen in awhile.

why would vegas need to give hawaii any more than a touchdown when they know people will hammer hawaii becasue it is at hawaii, this state team will be more than ready.

if state can run on you, they will destroy you. a team trying to get to .500, is just as powerful as a team going to bowl game.

this bad hawaii team doens't deserve a bowl bid at all, things will work out,

guaranteed!

just run the damn ball.

go state!

this coming from a die hard michigan fan.

one more thing

didn't boise st beat hawaii @ hawaii last year by 10 or 15 or something like that.

hawaii is great at home vs bad teams, or teams not coached well, this is not the case this weekend.

i also have been hammered by hawaii all year, and last year starting with the alabama game, but look what houston did, i think Michigan beat houston last year by 50.

public perception, it can be a powerful thing.

all bama had to do last year was run the ball, the coach was a moran trying to get into a shootout at hawawii.

Don't bet against Hawaii at home. The line was at 7, now 6 at Pinny. Why did it move to 6 at Pinny, but still 7 at other square books?

Why is the line at 7 at all? Hawaii can't stop the run, and Mich St has a great running game?

Locally, I've got Hawaii +7.5, but also played +7 online. Mich St.'s pass D isn't great, and they haven't played a passing team like Hawaii for two years now.

Just my take. I'm not saying Hawaii's a lock or anything, but I woudn't touch Mich St. in this spot.

Here's what I wrote in Odyssey's Thread

"...I'll be hitting them hard, too. If you look at the famous Co-Captain's thread about his beloved Warriors that comes out every week, he's all over the 'Bows AGAIN this week after being correct about Northwestern last week. He stated "there are people that remember the beating in 1989 that Mich St laid on the then 'Bows of 33-13, and they want to avenge it." Huhhhh? Most of these players were barely out of diapers when that happened! He's also mentioning that the Mich State coach was quoted that the Hawaii game was "punishment" and was taking away from quality recruiting time (but the team was going to sight-see while they were there). Utter BS. Hell, it's punishment talking to the media weenies...!

If you look at what he's done for the guys to prepare them, you'll know that he wants his guys to win against, no, HAMMER the warriors:

1) He's had an extra week to prepare and watch film;
2) He's actually working the team indoors, with the heat cranked up to 80 degrees and added humidity to simulate the island weather;
3) See #2, and also note that he's working out the team at 11PM-1AM to simulate the actual time of day difference in which they'll be playing to compensate for the "body-clock" adjustment in travel;
4) They have a bad taste in their mouth after losing to Penn State as badly as they did, and want to finish the season on a positive note, getting to .500..."

I should add that the Spartans DO have a much better coach, and have much more to play for in not having a losing season after de-BCS-ing Wisconsin.

I'll be with you betting on the Spartans. GL on your picks. :suomi:

MIch St. will run...

If Michigan St can run the ball , they should win convincingly. Remember about 3-4 weeks ago when Fresno St. ran the ball on Hawaii?? They beat them by about 60!

Rainbows at minimum keep it close for the last home game of the year. Small play on the Rainbows, maybe 1 unit. Half a unit on the ML.

<<does anyone like hawaii who does not live on the island. timmy chang i hate you.>>

LOL!

Okay, I'm from Hawaii. This game really could go either way, it's a crap shoot to be honest. I played Hawaii +7 online and +7.5 locally. Most folks on the island don't give Hawaii much of a chance, hence the local line of 7.5.

Mich St. need to run, run, run. If they do that, they should win easy. If they don't, and Chang has a good game (again, your guess is as good as mine here), then it could be close. Mich St, like Northwestern, not used to seeing the spread offense.

I remember taking Fresno this year because I know Pat Hill likes to ram the ball down your throat. The odd thing about Northwestern and La Tech, when they were here, they ran great, but then would decide to pass (have no idea why), and that's when they got into trouble.

Hawaii get's blown out on the mainland often enough, but very seldomly at home. They've played USC, Notre Dame, Alabama, everytime they get into a big game at home, they play it close.

If Southern Miss can be down 3 to Cal with 5:56 left in the 4th quarter, Hawaii can keep this close.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a few timely 10 yard offensive holding calls on Mich St......
