Notre Dame -2/ Hawaii*

Straight fade against the Bows. ND has no excuse not to shut this team down completely on the defensive end. Hawaii D is average at best, I wouldn't pay attention to their performance against Cincy either. BCats came in with the OB locked up and turned it on when they had to to win the game. Line play should be way to much for the Bows to handle on both sides of the ball.

Do you really expect ND to shut down this team on the defensive end when they have given up an average of over 27 points per game the previous 5 games? I'm not busting balls I'm trying to figure out my own play on the game and just looking for insight....I don't see either team stopping the other on defense and Notre Dames best reciever has a knee injury.....

I love ND in this game. This is not the same Bows team as with Colt and I think a lot of ppl may still have the perception that the Bows are a highly potent offense and will run wild on ND. Not going to happen. Weiss is coming back to ND and will want a sweet taste going into spring ball. The Cuse loss was an embarrassment, the long stretch of not winning a bowl game is an embarrassment and I think ND as a whole has had enough. ND picks on a very weak team in a weak conference and wins this one.

Floyd will play, his status just got upgraded. Lets not forget that Weis is calling the plays in this one, not Haywood. I think this shows that Weis simply will not accept a loss in this game. His play calling can lead to a lot more points for an offense coming off some poor performances of late. I like ND to cover, but in my opinion this is not a big money play.

Play the under, Hawaii's defense isn't that bad and both offenses suck, especially with Weis calling the plays, and Hawaii's oline can't hold shit.

Hey ND is a bad team, I'm not makin a case for em. But Hawaii is a joke, undisiplined and light, they dont have the skill to use their speed. 2 shit teams just going against the shittier one.

You are correct on many counts, but the fix may want to keep the ND alumni happy to make return arrangements. That is not an exaggeration.

I would lean to the under.
I would pair that with the irish myself but I was lucky to hit one of these last night so i'm not gonna force anything.

more food for thought. If the Bow performance against Cincy makes you think they have something positive going on, take a look at their performance against Wazzu who was comiing off a HUGE W in the Apple Cup.
Cougs hung and covered easy.
i don't need to get into how bad WSU was.
