Pete,

I'm taking my sister out, she's never been to Vegas. MB always a good spot to start, just up the street from my house. I'm sure we'll work our way north, she's never been to Crazy Horse Too either :aktion033

SJ St. does well against weak defenses. They beat Rice 70-63 and Morgan St. 47-28.

I like the over. If I were to take a side, it would be on San Jose. I started a thread a few days ago entitled total of the week. My reasoning is in there. GL.

Thanks fellas, I'm not betting Hawaii. I truly have not seen or followed either of these teams so I appreciate your help. I'll probably drop a grand at the black jack table so it's always fun to scream at a TV while I'm getting dealt 6's.

wow pops...no defense is a little harsh dont you think. ..LOL...jk.:heh: ...I know that there is a defense on the field...only wish I could get them to move their asses faster, tackle better, play smarter, and stop the Opponents from scoring....Thats all I ask....Damn good thing we got an Offense..I hope they show up today.....I think they will...Home is always a good place for us Warriors.....Timmy will need to rack up some more yards, as we got Boise up next.....I will drop 3 TDs in this one...but if it goes up over 24 I am not playing the game and will wait for the 2nd HF....they are usually the best to bet on when Hawaii has this type of high lines....GL though and Aloha CC.:drink:

Pete,

Funny ****...but I'm probably older than you, and taking my older sister out (although she's definitely looking for action tonight)! That's why I'm taking her to Crazy Horse, less mess in the hot tub. Let me know next time you come out.

Someone shoot me for betting on my warriors last week ...Before, i always thought we were overrated, now i am starting to question if we have any talent, and i am starting to question our coaching. With Northwestern, Michigan State, Boise, Fresno, and Louisiana Tech coming up, Hawaii in a world of hurt.

This week:

I know you guys remember what happened when these two played last year at San Jose State. This was probably the worst officiated game all of us had ever seen. Not only were there terrible calls made throughout the game, but San Jose State got down to literally the ball an inch away from the goal line. The officals blew the call and play clock, the game ended with San Jose a few inches from the outright win as 13 point underdogs.

In an unprecedented move, the NCAA suspended the ENTIRE officating crew for that pop warner officiated game, some for a few games, the head referees for the entire season. Wow. That is how bad that game was.

Everyone in Hawaii knew we were lucky to get that win. San Jose state was robbed, on their home field no less. After the game ended, the scene was ugly, with several near fights between these two teams.

No doubt San Jose is pathetic this year. But trust me, they had this game circled the moment the whistle blew last year.

Take a look at Hawaii this year:

Lost to Florida Atlantic - FAU is turning out to be good though, but still, one year removed from Division 1AA.

Lost to Rice - Rice is turning out to be pretty bad.

Beat Tulsa - Tulsa is REALLY bad, so not much of a win.

Beat Nevada - Gave up 500 yards, bad officiating, questionable coaching, should never have been close to a blow out.

Slaughtered by UTEP - despite 4 interception off of Jordan Palmer, we still got killed. Ridiculous, shows how bad Hawaii is.

With Hawaii's defense in total shambles, i can't see laying such a large number to anyone.

However, San Jose is that bad......

Have to play the 2-3 team against the 2-3 team that is getting 22 points and seeks revenge though......

San Jose State +22 660 to win 600

I was thinking of taking the over too. The only thing that keeps me from betting that is that SJS hasn't done well on the road this year. I think part of that was because they played some Pac X teams on the road, even though they were Stanford and Washington.

Cap,

LSU came out firing, and it looked like they were going to blow Troy out. Then they had some turnovers deep in their own territory and Saban pulled the plug on the offense and got extremely conservative. Sucks too, because the staff had big plans to generate a big half-time lead and use the 2nd half to get their back-up QB's some game time. Trust me, Troy didn't do a thing to brag about tonight.......but LSU did even less.
