I've NEVER understood that reasoning. A business cannot discriminate against an individual because of their race , creed, color, religion.ect....If their open for business, and you DO NOT do anything illegal, and play by the rules in their establishment.....just because your luck is leaning in your favor, how do they have the right to shut you down legally. It works both ways. It's a public place. Not a private club. If their losing their asses at say blackjack, seems they have the right to shut down "Blackjack in their operation. To EVERYONE. In other words...were losing our asses so were not offering blackjack at this location. But to single out an individual because they are winning by their OWN rules and procedures...doesn't seem right..or legal to me. Those rules are not spelled out when you walk into the building that if you win more than you lose they have the right to kick you out for no other reason. I'm evidently wrong because this has been going on forever and at least i've never heard of it being challenged. Someone help me out here.
