Ok. I understand the offshores. But what about Vegas. Or AC for that matter. They ARE American.

I've NEVER understood that reasoning. A business cannot discriminate against an individual because of their race , creed, color, religion.ect....If their open for business, and you DO NOT do anything illegal, and play by the rules in their establishment.....just because your luck is leaning in your favor, how do they have the right to shut you down legally. It works both ways. It's a public place. Not a private club. If their losing their asses at say blackjack, seems they have the right to shut down "Blackjack in their operation. To EVERYONE. In other words...were losing our asses so were not offering blackjack at this location. But to single out an individual because they are winning by their OWN rules and procedures...doesn't seem right..or legal to me. Those rules are not spelled out when you walk into the building that if you win more than you lose they have the right to kick you out for no other reason. I'm evidently wrong because this has been going on forever and at least i've never heard of it being challenged. Someone help me out here.

Any business can choose not to do business with you for any reason, except for certain prohibited protected class discrimination based on Race, gender, religion, etc.

Getting banned for winning is very rare in Vegas, with offshores it's a regular practice.

Actually you have a better chance of getting banned right away than a long term player. They look at what games u play carefully and if you just happen to bet some heavy steam u can banned same day....Caribe banned me after 1 bet 1 time. said it was a steam game.. 1 suspended my acct for a year and another im on my 3rd acct there. And a lot of those plays i got right here on the front page back in the old days..

What do you guys think the threshold for banning is? A certain dollar amount (i.e is winning $50k going to get you banned? Or more like $5m?). What about line value in determining whether or not it's a steam play?

Going to have to ask the line managers for that one. Some are really quick with yanking your limits. Betphoenix/BetMania/Skybook (they're all pretty much the same book) cut me from $5k to $500 (or $200) on 2nd halves because I went on a lucky streak with them. Too bad for them because when the streak finally turned, I went around and lost like $15k on matchbook instead of with them on those SAME 2nd halves! lol

As far as I know Oldman Ted posts his plays all the time. He just played Seahawks +10 today and won.

Bottom line is these Shops are looking for the " recreational Gambler "

That's why they will post somewhere on their site, No Wise Guy Plays, Steam, etc....

I saw Easy Street on this website and some players gave good reviews so I signed up & called. Someone in authority finally
got on the phone and he was very diplomatic but told me he remembered me from another book and that they
werent interested in my action.
