As the 2015 College Football Season is fast coming to and end and the absence of a game to watch on TV the last couple of nights it has been sobering to say the least (I thought about hitting the nearest bar...LOL). I begin to sense what the (drug) addicts must go though......

What a season it has been with a great Championship Game coming-up in a few days. Most of you guys know, I don't post selections (I leave that to the younger guys here in the Rx that have a helluva lot more knowledge of the game of football today than I have); I can remember the 1945 Alabama football team that beat USC in the Rose Bowl (I listened to the game on the radio). Those were great times with great football players who competed on-up through years. I may try to handicap the Bama/Clemson game; If I come up with a "slant" I must post
my thoughts (and a play) if I think it could be , helpful. In any event good luck to all of you and a belated Happy New Year to you a your families.

Not yet. The next month is great with all the coaching changes and recruiting. It will set in sometime in Feb....then spring ball....then it will really suck for about 4 months.

You are truly one of the faithful Coach.....The "winter season" can really begin to rev things-up with all the speculation and second-guessing that lands on the front page of the sport sections, journals and sports forums throughout the land and then.........It's kick-off time again. I guess that is part of what makes this game of football so great.
