Hats off to The Greek's Customer Service

don't post often but thought i'd drop a line about the customer service at the greek.

sent a few emails today through wally, had to change address, change currency to USD, simple administrative kinda stuff. in every instance wally replied within 2 minutes of my emails and was always courteous...even though i made it clear i was no high roller.

took my money out of sportingbet because of their completely inept customer service...nice change of pace already at the greek.

I have dealt with Wally...he is there top CS guy of IMO also..He has always been quick to reply

Yes, Wally does respond extremely fast, I wonder how does he do it, LOL.

I have had the same experience with Wally and I always get a very immediate response from him. And usually my e-mails are regarding very un-important things.

Wally is a pretty efficient guy. He responds to e-mails in a prompt manner and he does his homework. Now, if he could just teach some of the other denizens at Olympic something about customer service, they would be all set.
