Has there ever been a worse right side loss than Michigan St?

I can't believe what I just saw. That was a complete dominant beatdown and then a meltdown.

Just incredible. Never seen so many bonehead plays by one team in such a short amount of time.
One of my favorites was when the MS running back ran out of bounds and stopped the clock. This gave Nebraska
enough time to roll down the field and almost score for the win. Amazing.

Up there, but I still think the Wazzu collapse in last years bowl game against CSU was one of the worst I've seen.

Were you on the wrong side on that one?

For me, some of the most vivid ones are the games that my team had the game won and then my team just rolled over and died.

If you had MSU, you were glad he ran out so they could kick a FG. Problem is, he boinked it off the goal post.

I have seen some of the most idiotic clock management I have ever seen in my life today.
These college coaches clearly need help because most of them are completely clueless when it comes to cm.

Its just unreal.

Although it had no effect on the spread the Utah coach pulled one of the most boneheaded moves I've ever seen that almost cost his team the win. It just makes your jaw drop some of the stupidity you see on a weekly basis.

It seems like the nfl coaches are getting smarter and the college coaches are getting dumber.

No one on the MS sideline was happy when that kid ran out of bounds. The MS coach was pissed. MS plan was to kick a field goal with as little time remaining as possible. Nebraska had no time outs left and could not have stopped the clock. Running out of bonds gave Nebraska about a minute to charge down the field and they almost scored a touchdown to win the game.

Stuff like this happens because college coaches are trying to protect leads instead of trying to win....

Was that the worst? No way, there are hundreds of worse beats.

But it still sucks, it's still a bad beat for MSU backers and a fortuitous win for Nebraska backers.

Just in the big ten, I once had a team getting like 29 and winning by 3 in the 4th qtr and lose. Think it was wisky who scored 5 strait td's including a 40 yard run with a few seconds to play. Just a few years ago

There have been many fluke plays at the end of games. I personally cannot remember a game where a team was so dominant and just beat the other team's ass for the entire game and then didn't cover a short number. Mich St should have won by 24+ and had 3 turnovers. Nebraska was never on the same field with them. And then MSU quit playing and tried to hold on.

I had Nebraska and didn't even realize they covered until I woke up. Wow I am happy but you are so right.

I'm not talking about winning or losing. I'm talking about covering the game. I was on MSU and glad he ran out of bounds. If he hits the FG, the cover most likely comes in.
