Warner is from Iowa which is closer to the west coast than growing up in Mississippi.

i will agree that kurt warner has had a better playoff career.....however:

1) Peyton should have more years left than kurt so time will tell how their respective careers end.
2) Peyton has had a better regular season career than Warner.
3) I will take Peyton Manning anyday over warner if they both have the same supporting cast.

No, no, not going by it. Just posting it. Because when Rail said "His playoff winning percentage is heaps better" I had to check it out. So I figured I'd share.

Peyton has been to the playoffs more often so that is a check in his favor.

I want to know how many ints Manning threw in those 7 playoff losses? Its got to be well into the 20's.

throw out the 1 year where Manning hid behind his defense and runningback and he is 3-7.

Manning 6-6 81 yards on the scoring drive, but hid behind the Addai TD run.

Nice cherry picking stats, how about posting up career wins and losses?
It's not like that. He mentioned the playoffs, so that is what I dug up out of curiousity. (see post #11)

176 games for Manning to 110 games for Warner. Hard to even compare. Came into the league the same year and Manning has NEVER missed a start. That alone puts him ahead. Warner got to ride the bench while he wasn't good enough to start.

No freaking comparison, regardless what happens today. Plus Manning has consistently had tougher competition in the AFC.
