I downloaded the google one from my phone,,, it seems pretty dam solid?? The technology thats out there seems pretty standard, as I looked at 50 different ones, and there was only 1 pay for 1,,, 3.00 lol

seen some good ones on tv where you talk into it and it reads it back in the language desired, border agents were using it

yes,,, i saw those,,, they were starting at 200-400.00 they were ear piece (hearing aide) style,,, they are SUPER COOL,,, i cant justify spending a 300 bucks,,, for a 14 day trip 1 time,,,

i was curious if someone had used any other technology,,, I dont mind paying a hundred or less,,,

anyway,,, it seems as if this google one is THE ONE,, lol

There was one on Shark Tank that used live translators around the world. Good for emergencies. Sorry, can't remember what it was called.

I would think that Google purchasing Word Lens a couple of years ago would make them one of the strongest apps

I wouldn't show off something like that if you're in Rome though lot of gypsies around looking for targets, and it isn't guys it's women and little kids ripping you off
