Has anyone seen "Autopsy's Most Complex Cases" on HBO?

I watched it last night. Dr. Baden, who takes pride in working on corpses without a mask to dull the smell, did a little skull-duggery. He cut the back portion on the head from ear to ear and then proceded to peel up the scalp until it covered the face of the deceased gentleman. He then took a small electric saw and cut the skull to create a removable skull cap. He lifted the top of the skull off to expose the brain. As I was freaking out, he then removed the brain in it's entirety. As if that wasn't enough, the good doctor took the brain and filleted it before our very eyes, cutting it into neat little sections.

It gave me a pretty bad jolt. You have to hear the sound effects that went along with it. It was definately the greatest "Autopsy" episode I've seen.

I thought it was cool!! The only part that grossed me out was when he ladled the stomach contents.

Yes, it looked not unlike pig's innards that they sell in butcher shops. The sound effects of that brain removal got to me though. Starting with Dr. Baden peeling the scalp over the cadaver's face. Nasty.
