I requested withdrawal from them last sunday (Oct 2) and it still hasn't hit my bank account yet

Ive heard skeptical things about their service, but unfortunately the book I used (whose name I wont mention as they arent a sponsor here) had only moneybookers as an option to withdraw

The worst thing is they are located in UK and I've sent two emails with no response yet

anyone have anny experiences with this service?

I'm wondering about them too. Just signed up, sent the credit card info and have not got a response back yet after 4 days.

Don't worry, Moneybookers is 100% trustable.

ONLY bad thing is their deeply bad emailresponse.

athakkar,

I also had a problem with a bank withdrawal recently and the money ended up being returned to me. I believe the problem is that the infomation they request for a bank transfer is insufficient. My bank told me they would have needed more details to have recieved the money. I notified moneybookers that maybe north american banks need more details then european banks for a transfer to be successful.

I would opt to use the cheque withdrawal next time.

They usually take a day or so to answer emails.

Don't worry about your money, I have no doubts about Moneybookers. Your money is completely safe.

HPark...you might be right about them not requesting the right amount of info. Fortunately, this will be the last time use moneybookers

I asked Pinnacle if I could withdraw to Moneybookers when all my deposits are from NETeller and got an affirmative response. So it should work both ways.

Mention this in case it might help to repatriate your funds through this intermediary.

Moneybookers is ok but for small players

getting money into books with this service is ecxcellent but getting out can be a hassle

I would say big downfall is actually getting moneybookers funded from usa

Bank wires work and basically your best option
