I don't think there has ever been an ejection from an All Star game but if I had to vote on most likely to be ejected over the history of the game I would go with Earl Weaver who managed several of them when he managed those great Oriole teams of the very late 60s and the entire 1970s.


Weaver holds the dubious distinction of being ejected from more games than anyone in American League history, with 97 ejections to his credit. (In 2007, Atlanta Braves manager Bobby Cox set a higher Major League ejection mark.)

Red Auerbach was ejected as the head coach of the Eastern Conference all start in 1967. I believe he is the only one ever.
