Has anybody ever actually gotten paid from an offshore sportsbook?

Hey there,

Out of everyone I know who bets with Bovada and 5Dimes etc (quite a lot of people actually) they always end up losing their money before they ever actually request a withdraw..

I'm wondering if you have ever actually gotten paid from an off shore online sportsbook? If so which one?

1.) how long did it take for you to get your check?

2.) was the check good or did it bounce?

3.) how much did they charge you to withdraw your winnings? And was it a pain for you to get your money or was it easy? Thanks!

I've never cashed out from Bovada. I'm actually new with them. Does anyone have any input with their services. My last off shore, I believe customer service has declined, that's why I switched.

Approximately 85% of all people who deposit into an offshore account never cash a check. Sportsbook.com paid me out last year following the NFL season. The check took 8 weeks and their were no fees.

I've been paid out from a few different places... unfortunately i generally am cutting my losses before starting fresh rather than winning, but yeah you do get paid. everyplace has different fees and stuff so cant really answer that in general... some make it a nightmare, some are easy enough.

I have cashed out of 5dimes 3 times in the last month. All for checks between 1-2K. Check was requested on Tuesday and was in my hand by Friday afternoon. Its a canadian check, but was able to deposit in my bank account with no problem. Funds were available next day.

funds available next day? What!??! for a Canadian check? Takes about two weeks for the money to clear because it is a foreign check. That's what they told me and what has happened every time..

Have gotten quite a few checks from 5dimes. Delivered in 2 days, usually a Canadian check (all of the recent ones have been, but I think I remember some from San Francisco some time ago). Some banks charge for a Canadian check. Don't know about how long it takes to clear cuz I've never cared to look. Never tried to cash a check (don't think you can), just deposit and forget about it. Anyways, highly recommend 5dimes. You can get one free check per month. Minimum $1k, maximum $3k. Aside from the free checks, you can request a check every 8 days. Fees as follows: $1k withdrawal- $40, $2k withdrawal- $60, $3k withdrawal- $80.

I recieved a payout from bovada recently. Since the check was drawn on a bank in canada, I am having a hell of a time with it. My bank is working with me...

I got paid from easy street sports often and always by western union, but they dropped me after my 4th payout. Told me I wasn't a recreational gambler.
