The line is a little over inflated but not by much. Facing a non existent offense, SF losing 5 in a row, Cubs are killer at Wrigley and SF rolling out a guy with an almost 5 ERA. I think the Cubs win easily tomorrow.

Harden has allowed five hits in 27 plus innings career vs. the Giants. I wouldn't lay -250 but I sure wouldn't play SF. Anything is possible but it's unlikely that SF wins this game. Their best shot is if Harden starts the game and goes out early with an injury which is always possible with him. I made the largest wager of my life earlier this year when Harden was -135 at San Francisco and Oakland won 4-0.

Okay, I'm just being devil's advocate....

SF is NL team that has seen Harden the most. However, he has an un-Godly ERA against SF. He is lights out.

The pressure of a new town, especially Chicago, may get to his head. Chicago has played horribly sometimes against teams that they should blowout.

Does anyone think that he could be overcome by the pressure here?

shit rich harden could slip in the shower tomorrow and hurt his elbow. fearing he'll not start he could not tell anyone and then get rocked for 5 runs in 3 innings before pulling himself out. if you lay the -250 in any bet, RL, parlay, whatever... you have got to be the worst bettor in the world. There is NO value in any favorite laying -200+ and therefore should never be bet on.
