My guess is it would go this way….

First there would be condemnation.

He would then try to engaged Khrushchev in meaningless talks. In said talks Khrushchev would have removed his shoe and beat BO about the head and shoulders at which point he would have turned to Biden and said, I could use a little help here, and Biden would have responded, hey, don’t look at me, you‘re the one who wanted to talk.

BO then would have offered Khrushchev $100 trillion in aid and a stake in Chrysler.

Next would be plea to the U.N. for intervention and possible sanctions.

When all that failed he would have called Cheney and asked, what the hell do I do next.
