On Veterans Day we honor all,
Who answered to a service call.
Soldiers young, and soldiers old,
Fought for freedom, brave and bold.
Some have lived, while others died,
And all of them deserve our pride.
We’re proud of all the soldiers who,
Kept thinking of red, white and blue.
They fought for us and all our rights,
They fought through many days and nights.
And though we may not know each name,

I was online today talking and playing video games with a retired soldier who lost both legs due to an IED he was unfortunate to come across while serving in IRAQ. He is only 27, can't work and will spend the rest of his life that way. It really opened my eyes to just how brave our service men and women are. Thanks to all who have served.
