I made a bad play last night on the 2H of Michigan St. I really thought they were gonna take it to a short handed, point guard less Iowa team but they didnt show up aftre half and actually lost the 2H by 2 points. Which makes me only +4.65 units on the year after losing over 10 the last 2 days.

Youngstown St @ Butler

I am 6-1 or 7-1 betting on butler games this year and 6-1 on YSU. I know these teams. YSU keeps getting these massive lines and I dont get it. YSU has won 5 of 6 with its only loss a 4 point loss @ CLE St. They have been scoing lately and thats the key.

From Jan 10 to Jan 31, YSU lost 6 of 7 because they didnt get over the 64 points hump once. Lately they have scored 68 twice, 70 and 77. They have 3 different guards that can fill it up, all in double figures. I just need two to show up tonight.

Here is a letdown game and a look ahead game for Butler. Just off a nice win at Davidson and a big game against CLE St on Saturday to clinch the Horizon. Look for YSU to hang around in this one.

West Virignia @ Cincinnati

Your old coach coming into town, you need this win to get off the bubble and into the NCAA tourney,won your last 4 of 5 at home and this is your chance. Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin was so upset after the way his team performed against Louisville that he was planning to move the Bearcats out of their locker room and have them dress near the practice gym over in the Lindner Center, a different facility than the Fifth Third Arena. He also took a page from the coach who had just beat him, Louisville’s Rick Pitino, and planed to had them wear plain white T-shirts to the post-game press conference instead of their usual “C-paw” garb. Pitino had put his team in generic practice gear until they won a road game, which they did at Cincinnati.

And you saw what that did to L-Vile. Just a 45 point beat down of DePaul.We will see how tough Cincinnati is tonight. Will they rebound, find other scoring around Vaughn?

They will need to limit Ruoff and Butler. This is cincinnati's most important game in years. No way they get blown out here. Maybe WV gets some FTs down the stretch to cover but this should be a close hard nosed game.
