Donald Pleasance was so good in the Halloween series. Michael Myers was pure evil. What was great was he couldn't be killed. The use of Mr Sandman in the sequel and of course the original classic Halloween score. The budget in the original was so small it was filmed in Pasadena instead of using an actual small town in the midwest.
