I've got a local that every now and then sets a line at a ridiculous price to encourage betting on the other side. He's got the 2nd half at 2 1/2 (you have to lay -140 if you take Purdue). This guy seldom loses when he does this (everyone always thinks it's a sucker bet and unload on the other side paying the ridiculous juice).
