I am leaning towards the over. A lot of LONG LONG drives in the first half, 2 picks, and a lot of missed opportunities for Louisville. I think they clean that up and can put up 28+ in the 2nd half.

Also if they cut those 14 play drives down to 6-8 suddenly they are tossing up tons of points. It looks like Kstate is going to have a heck of a time stopping Louisville

Ah, Louisville. Stopped on 4th and inches in the first quarter then two shoulda-been touchdown passes dropped just before the half. They could have won my TT Over 27 for me before intermission, but now I'm feeling bummed about missed opportunities.

I don't see any great 2H plays here. Nothing at all leaping out at me.
