Well, yesterday resulted in the splits again but we did hit out best bet double up making that 11 best bet winners in a row. 4-4 over the last two days which as stated previously, must change. Today we have a great card of games that is sure to earn us some nice profit with yet again a mouth watering best bet crusher.
Cleveland Indians -139 BEST BET
Kyle Davies is as bad as advertised. 1-9 with a 6.75 ERA and a WHIP of 1.79. This guy has no velocity to speak of, has next to zero command of the plate and when things go bad for him, he unravels. In his last two outings vs the Tribe he has lasted 0.1 of an inning and 3.1 innings. Fausto Carmona has righted the ship lately going 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA in his last three starts. His velocity has been high and he has that nasty break back. Far better pitcher and home field in our favor. All signs a go.
Baltimore Orioles +179
Jake Arrieta has had success vs the Yankees in the past. Maybe not on the win column but he has had nice pitching performances. Arrieta has gone 6 innings or more in his last three starts vs NY. Freddy Garcia is 9-7 this season wth a 3.23 ERA and continues to baffle my mind. He faces an O's lineup that while they may not be fierce, they do have some pop and speed. Expect a bump in the road for Garcia today. Great value here.
Mets/Nationals UNDER 8
Today's starts are Jonathan Niese and Jordan Zimmerman. The two have a combined ERA this season of a tad over 7.00 and each have very strong arms. With Beltran traded to the Giants and Ike Davis still out, the Mets have two hitters in this lineup you need to watch for. The Nats haven't been the same team since Riggleman resigned. Two fading lineups and two strong arm pitchers. This is a go play.
Tampa Bay Rays -113
David Price vs Jason Vargas is the pitching matchup here. Price is 9-9 with a 3.76 ERA this season while Vargas sports a 4.09 ERA. However, in Vargas' last three starts he has gotten shelled to a tune of a 9.69 ERA. Tampa must have this game in order to stay relevant. Superior pitcher, better lineup and bullpens a wash. Rays are the go play.
Good luck today folks, we aim to keep the best bet winning streak alive (currently at 11 in a row) and to blast the books with this four game card.
