Serves Two.
2 Chicken Breasts sliced in 1/4 inch strips
1/2 Green or red Pepper sliced.
1/2 Onion sliced.
1 Red Chillie chopped
1 Green chillie chopped
2T/Bs Oil
1/2 T/s Garlic paste
1/2 T/s Ginger Paste
1/4 T/s Salt
1/2 T/s Whole Black Peppercorns
1/2 T/s Whole Cumin Seeds
Crush the peppercorns and Cumin seeds, throw everything into a Wok or Frying pan and stir-fry for 5 Mins. Easy stuff, 10 minutes prep and 5 Cooking. :drink:
