H.I.P What are the rules for this most special of clubs?

I`m not asking for membership, I`m not cool enough, maybe someone can go over the rules

Journeyman, good evening. I would like to start by saying that I just simply asked "The Man Himself" or 8 as everyone knows. He said I was instantly in the H.I.P. 8, UB, Hung, Walk and others just get a certain feeling about who's right and who's wrong for the H.I.P. Whether it's a certain phrase about a girl or a specific cocktail or beer that one drinks when they go out. These four founders of the H.I.P. can smell a candidate a mile away. I feel privileged to be a part of this group. And one last thing, I think you (Journey) would be a great asset to the H.I.P. IMO.
