Some things just can't be explained.
0.8* Tigers -122
Tigers won 8 out of last 10
A's lost 5 in a row.
Rick Porcello, RHP (8-4, 3.55)
vs
Brett Anderson, LHP (3-7, 5.74)
I understand the Tigers are traveling but they played a day game and tomorrows game is at night. Tigers have a lot of motivation to win tomorrow considering Porcello still has a chance to become just the second pitcher 20 or younger since World War II to win 10 games by the All-Star break, or at least the fifth such pitcher to win nine in the same span.
Anderson is pitching off a layoff, was pushed back because of dead arm. Has a 5.74 ERA and batters are hitting .304 against him and at home .311..
Detroit is very effective against LHP batting .274
Oakland is batting .228 in the month of June and .232 the last 7 days.
Man I love the Tigers tomorrow.
0.5* Brewers -127
1-1 or 0-2.
