Cleveland: I like betting pitchers making their first ever start in the majors.. Batters sometimes find them hard to hit and aren't use to their mechanics.. E.Jackson from Detroit is off form a little bit. Cleveland bats are always dangerous..

Houston: I kind of like Moehler, especially on the road.. He has a lot of quality starts on the road. I think Wells is solid but he is still young and I'm not completely sold on them. think the price is too high..

Blue Jays: Think they might have the psychological edge after scoring 18 runs. Texas BP was used a lot and I really like Rzcepyzinski or however you spell it.. He has been the BJ's ACE pitcher the last month or so, he's done well against solid lineups too..

Part of the reason the Blue Jays put up the extra 7 in the ninth was due to the Rangers not using the better pitchers in their pen. Don't know if they were saving them for todays double header or not but their top three BP arms in Feliz, Wilson, and Fransisco will be all ready to go today.

Boston is hot but I'm kind of liking Tampa tommorrow, Lester is horrible against the Rays and SOnnastiene has won his last few starts against Boston. THis will be a pivotal series, but I like getting +140 on the home team here.

ya i agree. they should have used one of the good arms. i mean shit they were only down by 1 run in the ninth and had all the momentum on their side.

call me crazy but i think the under looks good in the first half of the double header. i agree rzcepyzinski has been extremly solid and nippert is a beast at home (3-0 1.76 era). texas hasnt been hitting leftys very well so i doubt theyll light zinski up....they both completly blew their load tonight and the under is generally a good bet in the first half of a double header. what you think?

Lester is horrible against TB? I believe you are mistaken sir...

4-2 4.66 ERA 1.38 WHIP 56 Ks 21 BB vs TB
Lester has pitched 7 quality starts in a row. In his one start against TB this year he went 6 innings and gave up one run..

Sonnatine has an almost 7 ERA a WHIP over 1.5 and is coming back off a layoff.. I like Boston quite a bit.

You actually make a great case for the under.. You make me want to bet it.. I might actually put a few dollars on it now..

I like the way you think man, hope to converse about baseball more in the coming future:toast:

just tyna help any way i can gyno. im going ot look a little harder but i think the only play ill be taking is the under (trying to limit my plays).

so let me ask you something as a sort of side note, since your one of the more respect cappers on all the forums i visit. whats the best way to limit you plays? i generally do good when i pick my favorite 3-5 plays but i have a bad habit of adding plays throughout the day that i like. like today i ended up with about 8 plays and only 3 won. i played chicago and florida even though they werent my favorites, and after i was kicking myself because i knew i was throwing my money away. i even considered posting my plays(someting ive never done) thinking i owuldnt want to keep adding plays throughout the day. im just not down to deal with the bulshit you posters do.

Yeah, I'm on the same boat...Wilson pitched back 2 back days in Minny so thats why he didn't head out but I was really surprised not to see Feliz out there.

O well - I'm chasing Texas tomorrow in Game 1 tomorrow. Also think the under is a good play but I'm laying off totals for the rest of the year.

Tampa has won the game the last 5 times they've faced Lester. I'm liking Tampa here.
What do you think of the Reds Gyno? I'm actually finding value on this piece of shit team late in the season? THey're playing somewhat well and you can get them at low lines which is nice.

I think you should post your plays man, you seem to have a good mindset..

I have no problem limiting the amount of games I wager on in baseball, I usually like between 3-5 games MAX.. Sometimes I will have 7-8 wagers and thats usually on Friday or Saturday cause there is always a full card.

I take Thursdays and Sundays slow cause those are usually transition days and weird stuff happens.. FRIDAY and SATURDAY are my money days, you will usually see 6-7 plays those days..

Take everything with a grain of salt on these forums, a lot of people use ghosts, gimmick accounts and shit to bash people.

Posting plays is sort of a lose-lose situation, but it keeps me disciplined and I get some good feedback sometimes.. Your feedback is a good example.

Hope to see more of you around these parts.

You're right, I meant to say Feliz.. I'm not good with names outside the NL west and the AL East.. But good points about the BP, hopefully it dont matter..

i cant blame you for that, probably a smart move. i was making alot of total best and tt earlier in the season. but recently ive been getting fucked by random teams getting hits when there supposed to cave. i alway thought it would be easier to make bets in the end of the season since only a few teams have something to play for, but ive been baffeled the last couple weeks. guess i just have to be more selective... gl 2morrow :toast:

I'm on the Reds tomorrow, I like them a lot.. But I'm afraid of the price, that is why I bet them small.. I figured they would be -135 or so, I got -114.. Unbelievable, something isn't right..

Pirates are dog shit on the road, Reds have been hitting better and playing much more inspired baseball lately.. Plus they are at home..

THe line has moved up alredy for the reds, it's at -127 right now so it's moving towards where you envisioned it being.

I think the line is a bit high.. Still don't think Pinero is as good as his numbers and STL bats are jeykll and hyde.

You leaning STL?
