Had some bad beats in week 2, Dallas, Seattle +11.5 ending in tease, Miami +3 and stayed off a total (NYG/DAL Over 43.5) that I was so close to playing.. Just a screwed up week. Looking to make amends....

Considering HFA is worth about 3 points in the NFL, are the Redskins really almost 10 points better than the Lions??

Lions are bad, no question. But look at who they played the first two weeks, arguably two of the best teams in the NFC.

Lions have the talent to make this game, no question about it. Redskins have no success in the red zone, and simply have the look of an average team.. 7-9 at best

I'll take the home dog and a TD to spare against a so-so team with an idiot coach.

Are you sure?! Haha! Just kidding, they are called teasers for a reason after all. Fairly decent teaser as both should be bounceback teams. Is it possible for DAL to lose at home again, on monday night, to the Panties? Boy would that be a killer for DAL?

You're right about DET. I hope they get their first win here. They were competitive last yr vs WAS, who were my POW that wk. Sooooo lucky to get the 7 1/2 pt cover with an 8 pt win, and I vowed never to make them my POW again (WAS). In fact, I launched a very "spirited" thread about Jason Campbell after that gm. Perhaps this yr DET gets it! GL.

I think Detroit has a big chance of winning the game.. Washington has one starting tackle out of year, and another one banged up. I think the Lions might have success getting to Campbell.

Ernie Sims out and Stafford still starting, that combo is tough for me - I hate taking the Skins as a big favorite, really I do, but I'm not sure I can stomach taking the Lions and watching Stafford throw more interceptions than touchdowns for yet another game. That kid is not ready.

Miami's young secondary is likely to have trouble with SD's spectacular passing game. Not sure Miami has the firepower to keep up with SD. This could and IMO will be a blow out.

Historically this is a close low scoring game.. Taking a shot, I feel if cleveland covers then almost inevitably the score will be low.
