Guys lets vote on the prize money! ($13,320)

We have 37 players...37 x $360= $13,320

first question, how many positions should we pay 4, 5 ,6?

It should be either 4 or 5 if we go by how we have dome it in the past.

Would also like everyones thoughts on how much the 1st place prize should be.

I'm fine with either payout. unless you can pay top 30, i don't think this matters to me.

if there was a tie for 2nd, they split 2nd and 3rd place money 50/50? And if there is a tie for last (4th or 5th), they split that evenly as well?

I believe we paid top 5 last yr with 53 players, I don't see a problem giving #5 his money back, the rest looks about set though. I will leave this up over the weekend so anyone who wants to comment can...We need to set the prize pool by the beginning of next week.

Giving #5 his money back seems like a waste of time. Would like to see Top 4 paid with the winner getting 55-60%

Why these numbers you ask?
1 = 6720 because it is slightly more than 50% of total prize pot.
2 = 3350 because it is just about 1/2 of 1st.
3 = 2200 because it deserves more than twice that of 4th.
4 = 1050 because it deserves about 1/2 that of 3rd.
5 = 0 because in a field of only 37 entrants you're not worthy of anything more than a slap on the back, and a kick in the ass for a job well done.
