I have stayed at the G Nugget several times in the past but not this time.

I got a letter today in the mail in reference to my membership in the "Private Arrangement" program. It is free to participate in. When you stay there you get 20 or 25 pts. per day, depending on whether it is a weekday or a weekend.

When you get 100 pts. together you earn a free night, which you can use immediately on your last night. I've done this before and they identify you by your name and SS#.

You get a membership card immediately upon your arrival. You can call the "PA" dept. 1-800-456-8443 or room reservations at 1-800-634-3454.

Hope this helps someone!

el gordo,

The Nugget and the Main Street Station have the best buffets downtown. Don't forget to try the Bread Pudding at the Nugget, it's one of the best along with the one at the Bellagio!

Darn, you're making me hungry just looking at your Avatar!

Tex - if I stay 4 nights and I get 25 points each day than on the same trip I can stay an extra night for free? I ask because I am staying an extra night as it turns out. My wife booked me an extra day accidently though I guess I could change it back.

Thanks for the information.

No need to start another thread. Just wanted to pass on some info to those that wanted to go to a club afterwards(the party) but did'nt want to stand in line to get in.

There is a website vegas.com that has passes still available for some of the best clubs in town, such as Ibiza at the Aladdin, Bikini's at the Rio still has VIP tables you can reserve that include admission passes, Baby's at the Hard Rock and others.

My friend was there last week and went to a club called ICE that is located by the Hard Rock. He said there is a machine that they turn on periodically that drops the temperature in there to about 32 degrees. I guess that's why it's called "ICE".
WOW! I'll have to check that out.

Goodnite!

Patrick,

Sun-thur = 25 pts.
fri & sat = 20 pts

You might want to call. I believe you can register online, but you've already got a reservation. I like staying downtown because i can get from one property to anther in a matter of seconds and not minutes. Plus the Golden Gate diner serves the best 99 cent Shrimp cocktail on the planet, no fillers W/ a piano player in the evenings. Nowhere else but Vegas.
