Funny that the Braves win the division every year, but the Fish have more WS titles. Braves streak could be in jeopardy, not far fetched they could finish 4th in the East this yr.

yep, i just started posting at MW. As far as Smoltz starting opening day, it's more of a tribute to him for being there all these years, and being a closer when they asked him to be one. Same reason Moyer got his opening day assignment, all the things they've done for the team.

Well, i met Bucsfan soon after I joined here, we worked together, and we live about a mile away from each other. Pretty much been a regular ever since, the posters and the mods are some great guys, really feels like my extended (sometimes dysfunctional) family.

Hope you decide to becoem a regular poster here, you shuld fit in very well.

MW has some great guys-but actually not alot of cappers.
Some of the guys in the general forum are rough.
Mods are very cool-trying to get around here. Any good spots??

we've got some excellent baseball cappers here, excellent cappers in every sport actually. You can find them by browsing the forums, also, we just started a tracking forum for guys with over 500 posts, so you can see how the "veterans" are doing here.

Also, got some very knowledgable guys in the main forum who you can absorb some knowledge from. The Mods here are easily accessable if you have any questions. They'll be more than happy to help you.

Evansville is in Southern Indiana, so much so it may as well be part of Kentucky. We've been trying to get a direct route to Indy (I-69) for only about 30 yrs now. The govt. bigwigs in Indy don't give a crap about Evansville

We went down to Indy like 5 times. I liked it.
Ft Wayne was kinda rural-but the Pacers/Colts games were cool.
My kids loved the Indy Kids Museum.
Weather was weird-extreme winds and rain.
But hell I am used to Blizzards
